About Us

Tasha has always had a love for food, entertaining friends and family with her amazing dishes. After relocating from Knysna to George, Tasha started a small business from home, suppling her husband's clients at Beyond Fitness with healthy meals and snacks.  

 

When an opportunity to open her Bistro crossed her path, she took the challenge on, having less than a month to get everything in order, and up and running.  Since then she has not looked back, growing from strength from strength.

 

As her Bistro grew and her love for food, Tasha found herself specializing in her foods and "naked" cakes, as seen in the magazine.

 

She has become renowned for the amazing Blackforest Red Velvet Cake,, which has featured in the South Magazine.

 

Sharon's background in the Corporate world did not allow much time for her to enjoy her love of baking and cake making.  After relocting to Swaziland, the perfect oppotunity presented itself allowing her to follow her heart in cake making.

 

One vacation in George is all it took for her family to relocate within two months..  Love at first sight.  As fate would have it, she had coffee and an amazing slice carrot cake at Tasha's Bistro and the rest is history.  

 

A friendship developed and after finding much in common in their passion for what they do., they decided to join forces.

 

 

Today Beyond Flavour Comapny has two successful divisions:-
